Sean, it could be worse. On this side of the pond, we are still wondering if we are a decent and compassionate people no matter which party is in office! I doubt even Blair's harshest critics felt so alienated from their government and nation that they wondered if they should emigrate. But, here in the States, myself and many others gave serious consideration to becoming Canadians.

What does the rejection of Labour in Scotland last week mean for the future Labour in the UK under Gordon Brown, a Scot?
