Life is not affording much opportunity for creative blogging at the moment. But there are still interesting things around the blogs that may be of interest to others (apologies for not HT'ing everyone, but some of these have cropped up in numerous sources. Two recent articles / lectures from the Church of England's most high profile bishops caught my eye.
Tom Wright on Penal Substitution: vintage Wright rhetoric and content
Rowan Williams on "The Bible: Reading and Hearing" - I need to come back to this one at some stage, but Ben thinks that it is "a profound and brilliant theological meditation on the place of biblical interpretation within the eucharistic life of the church" which is a pretty good recommendation in my book.
