Sean: Thanks for making reference to my article, and especially for making the "opposite" argument for the justice/justification link. I actually agree with you completely and therefore find the two approaches not only compatible but complementary. Yo are the second person already who has reminded me explicitly or implicitly that the error of separating justification and justice can move swiftly in social/liberal as well as private/conservative directions.
