Thanks for this. It will be great to meet up finally. Could you give me the reference for Forsyth? One day I plan to write a paper on how the canonical editors made a big mistake in placing Romans at the from of the Pauline corpus and that 2 Cor should have been there instead, thus saving us from numerous problematic subsequent readings of Pauls theology.

BTW: have you read Forsyth on 2 Cor 5? Forsyth believed that we could stake the whole of Christianity upon just one verse in this chapter. He is, however, the master at hyperbole. That said, he's usually right!
