Hi Sean. That last line or two of your tribute to Hengel is beautifully put. I've just posted on one of my own heroes, Jeremias. And scanned in a map of Europe with theologians names instead of place names, showing what SCM used to be about in the 1960's. Like you, I regret the loss of such translated scholarship....hope life's good, and who are you shouting for in the Ashes??
